Shipping, Returns + Exchanges

Each PANGEA short is handmade with love and the utmost craftsmanship. We believe in the quality of our goods and want all our customers to adventure carefree. Please read the following information regarding fulfillment of our products.


FULFILLMENT

Orders placed for ground shipping must be placed before 12pm (PST) to be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, except on national U.S. holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). Orders placed for express shipping (2 Day or Next Day Standard) must be received before 2pm PST.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.


U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping via FedEx on all domestic orders in the continental U.S., arriving in 2-5 business days. We also offer FedEx 2-Day and Standard Next Day Air Shipping at an additional cost to the customer. All non-continental US orders (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) will be shipped with DHL Expedited. 

PANGEA proudly offers returns and exchanges on all domestic U.S. orders. Once submitted through our returns portal, the customer will have the option to choose a barcode or label to ship the swimsuit back via USPS. Once delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 72 working hours for goods to then be processed.

To be eligible for a complimentary return or exchange:

  • All items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The return/exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of order fulfillment.
  • All returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 5 days of submitting the request.
  • Items must not be listed as “Final Sale”

 Any returns or exchanges that fall outside of the above guidelines will only be eligible for store credit. Any items deemed worn or damaged will not be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

Please note: due to the fast sellout and limited stock of items, we advise that you re-purchase your desired item as soon as convenient to ensure you don’t miss out. You can then send the original back for a traditional return and refund. We recommend this approach over a traditional exchange as we cannot guarantee that the stock you have requested will still be available at the time your exchange is received and processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PANGEA proudly ships to most countries around the world, offering international customers the option of FedEx International Economy (estimated 6-10 days) or FedEx International Priority (3-5 days). 

All international shipping costs, duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at time of purchase. International orders will be shipped Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) to allow for a more streamlined delivery… directly to your door!

All international orders are eligible for a return or exchange. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.

  2. Please post your parcel with original packing list to the address below:
